While at GSA “DSN” loved two hidden treasures for their escape from life, “The Hen Run” and the Library. “GSA” serves as a genius work of original architecture, very sedate but with so much curvaceous beauty combined with grounded prowess. “DSN” meets the Canadian author Thomas Howarth in Edinburgh, Scotland, whose biography “Mackintosh and The Modern Movement” remains the absolute bible on “Toshi”. Thomas was a sheer joy and loved his study, model man.
CREMATORIUM. At the time of publishing, this architectural treasure “GSA has burned down and for the second time, under most incredible circumstance. As the building finally died, so did the memories and stories of many artist disciples, now scattered across the globe. Charles Rennie Mackintosh now rests peacefully and respectfully.” DSN
