Copperplate test plate, partial image of Camelback full etching. This was a critical stage in the development of the large full scale plate, produced at 100% final image size. First test impressions of detail and sharpness of line, burnishing effect and ink saturation levels and hues. The plate is capable of up to 60-80, archival quality reproductions.
